Rental of Flashing Type Electric Warning Lights and Barricades for use by Various
Departments of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, during period of one year begin- .
ning January 1, 1971, at a cost of approximately $11,000.00, in accordance with
bid specifications therefor and Formal Bid �4372, such bid being the lowest, and
said Safe-T-Flare of Minnesota, inc., being a reasonable bidder.
