The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
L That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both eides of Archard Aveaue froa Rilburn Street to
C�atsvorth Street and b� doin� all �th�r w�rk�hich is a�cessary asd inciden�al to -
ccrmplete said iaprove�eat, exce�t vhere good and suffieient poured sidewalka s�►
e�cist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4.40 oer lin ft for 5' xide Nalk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�t� day of
March, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chaxnber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City af St. Paul. That the Cammissioner of Finance give notice of
said meetin� to the persons and in the manner provided by the:Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
