The Council of the City of St. Paul having received �he report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report,..hereby resolves: �
1. That the said report and �he same is hereby approved and atiopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to recdna�rnct the sidewalk om the west side of Fi�n Street �tein Liacelti Aven�e to
Grand Avenue, on both sides of �'inn Str�et fran �rand Avenue to S�■ait Avenae and
Goodrich Ayeane to Lincoln Aveane aad by doing all other Nork �ahich is necesaary ag�

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lgt� day of
xarch,. 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St: Paul. That the Conzmissioner �f Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
