The Council of the City of Sty Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of'Finance
upon the �bove improvement, and�having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. �That the said.report and t�ie same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recorn�enda is

Resolved Further, That;a public hearing be had .on said improvement on the 16th day of
t�arch� :1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. PauL That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time a�d place of .
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

The Conanissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File Noo 251896 approved
Januarv 8, 19J1 relative to constructing and/or reconstructing the
��dewalk on both sldes of Oxfor.d St. from Burgess St, to Stinson St, and by doing
all other e�her work which is necessary and incidentai to complete said improvement.
