under Preliminary Order 251893 approved Jannary 8, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proeeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconatrgct th� side�►alk c�n the north side of Kisnehaha Avenue fro� Simpson
Street te Asbnry 3treet aad by cloina all other wark vrhich is neceasary an� inci-
dental to c�plete said iBprovement, escept Where good snd an£ficient poured
sidevalks now eaist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4•40 ger l in ft f or 5' �ide walk
$ 5.30 per lia ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16 th day of
iKarah, 1971 , �t the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chasnber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the totai cast thereof as estimated.
