The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa:id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Councii recommends is
to reaonatrnc� tl�e sidewalk on the east side og Chatswerth S�r�et fr� Bdtinnd
Avenne to th� north �proximately 130 fedC and bq doiag all other work �iah is �
necessary and ineidental' to cc�plete aaid i;prove=ent, except where geod and
sufficient poured sidewalks no�w ezist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ �+•�*4 per lin ft for 3' wide �ik -

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of
l�arch, 1l71 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ha;ll Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Fin�nce give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and:place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total c�t thereof as estimated.
