The Council of the City of St. Paul havin� received the report of the Commissioner of I�`inance
upon t�he above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same ig hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to rmconstruct the sid�valk cn both sidea of Lincola Avenue fromm Hamline Avenue
to Albert -Street and by doing all atl�er vorlqf�ihich is necessarq and iacideMtal t�
ao�eplete said iapreve�nt, except where good and safficient pournd side�a�lics �ac�m
eaist,
with no alternatives, and that the eatimated cost thereof is $ �+-40 per lin ft for 5' Wide valk
$ 5.30 per lin ft �or b' vide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had an said improvement on the 18th day of
I�areh, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the �City af St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finanee give notice of
sa.id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the unprovement and the total oost thereof as estimated. ? '�
