under Preliminary Order 25I66II approv� December 73, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. mhat the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and ac�opted, and the said improvement
is here�y ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstr�t thQ sidewalk on the �est si�e of Hav�11 Street £ro� Goodriah
Avesue to Liacoln Avenue and by doing all other work vhich is necessary aad inci-
dental to cosple�e said improvement, except where good and auf�icieat poured
sidewalks acr�► exia�,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4•�� l�er-1ia ft fvr S' Wide walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft for 6' Wide Walk
Resolved Fnrther, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 18th ^ day of
��tarch. 1971 , at.the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City af St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meetin� to the persons and in the manner provided by the Gharter, stating the time and place of
heari.ng, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
