WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recrearion administers the applicants and grants program
established by Ordinance 409235; and
WFIEREAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board was formed to implement the adininistrarion of
the ordinance for the Division; and
WHEREAS, the Youth programs Fund Advisory Board met on October 23, 2003 to add organizations to
the eligible list for the 10% Club for 2003; and
WIIEREAS, these new applicarions were approved by the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board;
1. Area J Girls' Fast Pitch Association
2. Hancock Community Center Booster Club
3. West Minnehaha Recreation Center Booster Club
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby requested to
promulgate an approved list of eligible organizafions for the 2003 Charitable Gambling 10% Club.

Council has requested that the 10% Club list for eligible recipienu be updated on an annual basis. These orgauizarions will be added to
the list for 2003 and will then be eligible to receive direct donarions from charitable gambling organizarions in Saint Paul.
