wIHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as the BELT LINE SEWER R�AIR, Comptroller's Contract L-7326� City
!!03lCt No. 70-S-1430, Northern Contracting, Inc., Contractor, have been provided
for in the Specifications, and
i�HEREAS, The following items w�ere required to restore ground water conditions
to normal and thereby provide a water supply for the fish hatchery, which was
interrupted by a sewer washout:

Y WHEREAS, The Total addition is $15,327.50, and the Commissioner of Public
3�lorks has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $15,327.50 is the correct
sum to be added to said contract, therefore be it •
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Faul through its City Council approves the fore-
going additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of $15,327.50,
said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the c�ontract, known
as Comptroller's Contract L-7326, and which amount is to be financed from 1971 Local
Improvement Fund.
