3. Define personnel and authorized responsible personnel . The City of St.
Paul sha11 appoint a Project Coordinator to whom all communication
regarding this Agreement shall be addressed. The Project Coordinator will
be responsible for providing IQi� personnel with required operational
information and data and decision on questions of procedures and
facilities within the work sccpe of this Agreement. IBM Systems tngineering
persannel will work only on those tasks during those timzs designated by
the Project Coordinator. The police system project schedules a.re contingent
on receipt of such information, data, and decisions in a prompt and
expeditious manner. The Project Coordinator shall have responsibility
for approving all reports submitted for approval .
The City of St. Paul shall select and train certain personnel in basic
data processing. These persons will work with the police system project
and be trained by IBM personne7 in FASTER and the operation and maintenance
of the police system.
4. Define reports desired and for whom (current and future) .
5. Provide data processing equipment and software necessary for program
development, debug, test, conversio�, and implementation on a schedule
develaped by the Project Coordinator enabling on-time project completion.
6. Acquire and convert to a format specified during systems design and
deliver in machine-readable form all operations and test data necessary
for the implementation of the police system.
7. Provide office space, desks, and necessary supplies to support IQM per�-
sonnel ��hile working on St. Paul Police Department premises . Such
facilities shall be provided at no cost to IBM.
