WNEREAS, Ordina�ce No. 3250 ac�thorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Conanissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bareau of Health) during the period from May 1 ,
1971 to May 14, 1971: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
er�loyees who perforn�ed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6445 and No. 3250.
