WiiEkEAS, the Council of the Citq of Saint Paul
pursuant to Council File Mo. 249939, authorized the
City of Saint Paul to issue General Obligation Bands
of said City in the par value af thirteen million dollars
for the purposes contemplated by Chapter 459, Laws of
Minnesota for 1967 as a�ended by Chapter 1138, Laws of
Minnesota for 1969 ; aad
i�HEREAS, pursuant to the purposes set forth in
said law and the coastructioa of the Civic Ceater Arena-
Coacourse Facility, it is necessary to incur costs for
architectual services, engineering, property acquisition,
construction, surveys and abstracts and other miscellaneaus
costs; now, therefcre, be it
RESOLVED, that these costs in an estimated amount
of $890,U00.00 be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 6000•739 (L7343-1) and the same fund
be reimbursed from the Civic Center Bond Fund, 7420-460,
; in the aaount of $890,�00.00.
