OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK �OUNCIL RESO TION—GEN�RAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE A� � RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes taken at its meeting of May 12 , 1971, waiving the requirement of Section 33.04 paragraph 2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that: Immediately behind every dwelling hereafter erected or altered, there shall be a rear yard of a minimum distance of twenty-five (25) feet from the main portion of the building; to permit construction of a frame and masonry attached garage on the east side of the residence located at 330 West Minne- haha, owned by LeRoy T. Powers , no closer than two (2) feet from the adjoining property line on condition that the existing front porch, attached shed and adjoining garage be demolished as proposed.
