for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its
meeting of May 12 , 1971, waiving the requirement of Section
54.11 paragraph 2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code necessitating
the installation of a washbasin in the second floor bathroom
of the property located at 763 East Jessamine Ave.
