Thousand One Hundred Seven Dollars ($53, 107) be allowed. und.er Contract
L-7�1� between the City of Saint Paul and the Bor-Son Construction, Inc.
said contract for the General Construction of the Saint Paul Civic
Center Mu1ti�Purpose Arena and said extra to cover the following:
Additional sand rock excavation in areas where tunnels
were encountered under footing locations, con�rete backfill
at excavated areas, and. additiona.l reinforcing steel; all
items at aontractually quoted unit costs per letter from
contractor and log of quantities., . . ..
-s a,id work ha�ing been requested by the Civic Center Authority and
agreement made with� the contractor, and a memorandum of said
.:}:
a$reement having heen filed with the Comgtroller and countersigned
by him. Charge to 6000-603 Contract L-7343 to be reimbursed from
7420-460. Job #70�45.
