WHEREAS� The Council of the City of Saint Paul authorized
and directed that a public hearing on the matter of Community
Antenna. Television service for the City of Saint Paul be held on
June l, 1971; and
WHEREAS! Subsequent to said authorization a Bill for an Act,
relating to the City of Saint Paul authorizing the granting of
franchises by ordina.nce for a term of twenty years, has been
introduced for consideration by the Legislature of the State of
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS� The status of said legislation is essential to a
proper determina.tion of the matters to be considered at said
public hearing; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of �aint Paul, that the
public hearing scheduled for June l� 1971, and authorized by
Council File No. 253401, be and hereby is continued until July 1�
1971.
