It is anticipated that the state will want possession late this summer or early in the fall. In anticipation of this eventuality, the undersigned have contracted to purchase a parcel of land on the south side of Suburban Avenue, tying west of Ruth Street, tegally described as Lot 5 and the Easterly 10 feet of Lot 4, in Bloc k 20, Scenic Hills No. 5, upon which they intend to build a building. The undersigned respectfully request approval of the trans- fer of location of the subject license from 508 Rice Street to the Suburban Avenue location, effective upon the completion of the building thereon. Construction of the building will commence as soon as possible after approval of the transfer of tocation.
