Pearson, and described as : South Z of Lot 1.2 and the North � of Lot 13, Block 3, Whitney's Subdivision; waiving the requirement of Section 54 .11 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a water closet, lavatory and bathtub or shower, to permit six dwelling units to share two bathrooms on the second floor, on condition that each dwell.ing unit on the second floor be limited to one tenant only except that the unit which is now occupied by more than one tenant be pe�mitted to do so until those tenants move out at which time it also be limited to one tenant only; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That such �raiver be granted until such time as the property located at 569-573 Park St. be sold or any other right, titl.e or interest be transferred at which time said waive� be nulli£ied; and be it FINALLY RESOLVED, That the City C1.erk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a Copy of this resol.ution to the Ramsey County Register ot Deeds .
