nature of a Final Order designated as C.F. 252635,

grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in _

of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 16, Bell's Addition to Weat St. Paul, Minnesota,

from State to Ada, to a width of 14 feet,
under Preliminary Order 250913 approverl October 23. 1970 -
Intermediary Order 251878 approvecl January 7, 1971
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully eorisidered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Conncil of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, �xtent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
to grade and surface with bituminous mat�rial the alleq in Block 16, Bell's
Addition to West St. Paul and Martin's and Lienau's Rearrangement of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4
and 5, Block 16, Bell's Addition to West St. Paul, Minnesota from State to Ada, to
a width of l�+ feet,
and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city aflicials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
