benefited by the said improvement, and in the ca.ae of each lot,part or parcel of land in aecordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said asaessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Cammissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
com�pleted by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Go cil fo such action th eon as may be
considered proper.
