Buck and Richard Lindorfer, constituting all of the members of the Board. Russel Smith has, effective this date, filed his resignation as S.ecretary of said Corporation. Richard Lindorfer was duly nominated to assume the position of Secretary for the unex- pired term of Russel Smith.
