WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has entered into a grant agreement
with the State of Minnesota for the study and implementation of a
St. Paul Criminal Justice Information Subsystem, and
WHEREAS, The State of Minnesota has agreed to furnish up to
$171,092.00 for this project; now therefore, be it
RESO�LVED, That a Special Revenue Fund be established to be
known as the Criminal Justice Information Subsystem Fund to which
all funds received under the above grant shall be deposited, and
from which all expenses shall be paid, and, further be it
RESOLVED, The City Comptroller shall assign a fund number.
