In the matter of opening, widening and extending Herbert St. by
taking and condemning the following described piece of land: Except
deeded Herbert St. and Orange St. , a strip of land 25' to either side
of the following described line:
Beginning at a point 310. 16 ft. W. of the centerline of Kennard
St. and 33 ft. N. of the centerline of Maryland Ave. , thence
northerly along a straight line parallel to and 310.16 ft. W.
of the centerline of Kennard St. to a point 68 ft. southerly
of the N. line of the SE� of the SW� of the SE� of Sec. 22,
T. 29, R. 22, thence N. westerly on a straight line to a point
5 ft. W. of the W. line of the E� of the NE� of the SW� of the
SE� of Sec. 22, T. 29, R. 22 and 100 ft. N. of N. line of the
SE� of the SW� of the SE� of Sec. 22, T. 29, R. 22, thence on a
straight line 5 ft. W. of and parallel to W. line of the E� of
the NE� of the SW� of the SE�, Sec. 22, T. 29, R. 22, to the
intersection of a line 33 ft. south of the north line of the
S� of the SE� of Sec. 22, T. 29, R. 22, under P'reliminary Order
No. 231452, approved January 6', 1967.
RESOLVED, That the above Preliminary Order No. 231452, be and the
same is hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded, and the proceedings
in such matter discontinued.
