WHEREAS, The final costs for the Reconstruction of Curbs and
Sidewalks on the George St. Bridge over Robert St. , Comptroller's
Contract L-7402, have been determined, and
WHEREAS, Upon final allocation of funds from which the above
improvement was to be paid, it was found that the amount originally
set up for its fina.nei.ng is insufficient to meet the final costs and
that an additional amount of $355•93 W�-�.7. be required, therefore be it,
RESOLVED, That the amount of $355•93 be applied from the Public
Works Project Conti.ngency Fund (1968) to finance the additional cost
oP the above improvement.
