1 WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File #03-958 dated October 22, 2003, said resolution
2 being the Ratificarion of Assessments for Lead Water Service Replacement idenrified as Deparhnent
3 of Technology and Management Services File No. 03LDSCRPL and Assessment No.4909, and;

WHEREAS, the property at 414 Minnehaha Avenue East with a property identification number of
32-29-22-22-0143 was inadvertently assessed in the amount of $5,153.50.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment for the said properry be canceiled.
