• RESOLVED, Tha the City Council hereby concurs in the action of
the Contract Committee in the award of a contract for furnishing all
labor, materials, equipment and services necessary or incidental to
the CONSTRUCTION OF BITUMINOUS SURFAGING of Jessamine Street and
McMurray Parking Lot� St. Paul� Minnesota� for the Department of
Parks, Recreation & Public Buildings� to TOTAL ASPHALT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY for the contract price of $40,566.50 EBase Bid - for Items
1 thru 12) (P1us - City Force Work-Inspection - $700.00, Engineering
and Tnspection - $2,027.05) as a result of Formal Bid #4765 and the
specifications incorporated therein. Total Asphalt Construction Co.
being the lowest responsible b�dder under the specificatior� and the
Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to draft the proper form of
contract and obtain the necessary performance and payment bonds.
The proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute said
con t on behalf of the Gity of St. Paul.
