Members of the City Council
Gentlemen:
The Mileage Comxnittee transmitted its recommendation
and a prepared resolution to the City Council on June 29, 1971.
Apparently this resolution was not acted upon by the Council.
Our committee has prepared a second. draft of the resolution and.
transmits it now to your honorable body with the recommendation of
your Mileage Committee that it be ad.opted.
Approval of the City Council is necessary before employees
may be reimbursed for mileage expenses, and the employees to be
added by this resolution have met the ordinance requirements as
of June, 1971.
