WHEREAS, under and pursuant to Chapter 92A of the Sa.int Paul Legislative
Code, the Car Mileage Committee provided for in 5ection5 hereby reports
its findings and recommendations to the Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has made a study of said report and recommendations;
