COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That pursuant to Section 102.01 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code pertaining to minimum wages to be paid to certain
skilled and unskilled labor�rs for work performed for the City of
Saint Paul, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby require
that after the publication date of this resolution, a11 contracts
with the City of Saint Faul providing for the kinds of work con-
templated by Section 102.01 of the Legislative Code shall expressly
provide that the contractcc shall pay the prevailing wage in the
respective industry for the work required by the particular contract
at the time the work is to l�e done.
