WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement described
as the J�FFERSON-SARATOGA RELIEF SEWER, Comptroller's Contract L-7375, City Project
No. 71-5-0990, Arcon Construction Company, Inc., Contractor, have been provided for in
the Specif ications, and
�G1fiEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the followin� Additions:
ADDITIONS
Excavate and regrade and surface Pascal Street from Jefferson Avenue to Stanford
Avenue, includ3.ng the '�ellesley Avenue intersection. The work to be done involves
the following approximate quantities:
Excavation & disposal of approximately 542 cu. yds. of existing oiled street
surf acing.
Furaish and place 4-inch thick class S base, 1872 sq. yds.
Furnish & place 2-inch thick wearing oourse as per M.H.D. Specifications,
► � � Manhole 2341, 1872 sq. yds.
Seal coat as per St. Psul Specifications, Sectfon 11, 1872 sq. yds.
CRS2C - .17 gal/yd Torpedo gravel.
It will be the c�ontractor's responsibility to preserve all of the exist-
ing curb. Excavation at the curb will generally not exceed 6 inches.

agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $5003.00 is the correct sum to be added
