This property is further described as: Lots 6 through 10, Block E, Boulevard Addition. This matter was heard at the August 5, 1971 Board of Zoning public hearing at which time the staff reported that the changes made to the existing facility are satisfactory and that the Traffic Engineer approved the driveway changes along Dayton Avenue. The approved plan includes the existing drive-up teller for the Liberty State Bank. The permit for the drive-in bank facility was granted in 1957. B. AREA ZONING: The properties along Selby Avenue are zoned Commercial in this area. The Snelling Avenue frontagea are zoned Co�nercial and Light Industry. The surrounding areas include all zoning diatricts except Heavy Industry. C. DESIGN STANDARDS: The additional facilitiea for the drive-in bank required elimination of some parking epaces and the construction of an exit drive-way. Applying established atandarde for maneuvering areas and drive-ways, the plan is satisfactory. D, FRONTAGE AND AREA: There is no increase in the frontage and area .for this site with a 200-foot frontage along Dayton Avenue and an area of 23,28? square feet. E. TRAFFIC ENGINEER: The traffic engineer reviewed the new proposal and approves the drive-way changes along Dayton Avenue. F. SITE CONDITIONS: The lots fronting on Dayton Avenue are occupied by the drive-in bank facility and a 5-plex in fair condition. Structures have been removed from the remaining lots and have been rough graded. Lots fronting on Selby Avenue are occupied by structures conteining Commercial uses with some residential uses on the second floors. Parking currently exists in the rear of these buildings. G. AREA CONDITIONS: Commercial uses exist on Snelling Avenue both to the north and south, and on Selby Avenue eeet of Snelling Avenue.
