WHEREAS, The City Council approved the plans and special provisions
for the i�prevament of Trunk Highway 35E betwe�n W. Seve�th St. and Duke
St. labeied as S.P. 6280-25 (35E=$90) on May 25, 1971 Council File No.
254219, and
WNEREAS, Subsequant to the approval of these plans, it was deter-
rained desirable ts irqprmve the grade characteristic of Juno Ave. between
Lexington Pkwy. and Interstate Highway 35E, as well as the north-south
alley in Bleck I , Howard Green Second Addition, according t0 plans pre-
pared by the Cannissionar of Highways being labeled and identified as
S.P. 6280-25 Revised Juno Ave. and Alley Cann�ction K, now, then bs it,
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul dc�es hereby approve the said
plans and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade �c-
casianed by the construction mf said Juno Ave, in acc�rdance with said
plans and special provisions.
