RESOLVED, that Glenn R. Scott be paid the sum of �1,008.00
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund
in settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul for
compensation resulting from his injury of April 22, 1971, while
employed by the Department of Public Works whereby he suffered a
40�fO permanent partial disability to his right index finger; that
of said sum, �1,008.00 is now due and payable.
