WHEREAS, Market Ford Sales, who was originally awarded the por-
tion of Formal Bid #�557 contained herein� has ceased doing business
and has assigned its sales commitment pursuant to Council File No.
254920 to Town' s Edge Ford, thus voiding the original contraet; and
WHEREAS, Town� s Edge Ford has formally agreed to be bound by
the terms of the aforesaid sales commitment at the price originally
submitted by Market Ford Sales, now, therefore, be it
� RESOLVED� that the cont�ract originally awarded to Market Ford
Sales is hereby relet to TOWN'S EDGE FORD, and that the Purchasing
Agent be and is hereby authorized to purchase the �ollowing for the
Department of Public Works, Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale Street,
