the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same

and found the said asseasment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
I�ESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the 13th
day of October, 1971 , , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House attd City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetinga, as required by the Chaxter, stating in said notice the time and place of
� hearing, the nature,of the improvement, and the amount asaessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice ia directed.
