Wt�REAS, the City of Saint Paul ha,s made application for a
federal grant of $7,500 for the Su�ner Youth Transportation Program;
and
Wf�REAS, matching funds by the City in the amount of $2,500, either
cash and�or in-kind axe required to qualif�r for said grant; and
WI�REA3, the City was notified on Ju1y 3, 1971, tha,t such grant
ha,s been approved and that the ma.tching f�inds wi.11 be in-kind contribu-
tions f`raan the City of Saint Paul and participating a�encies;
Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the praper City officers are hereby authorized and
directed to accept said $7,500 �rant for the Su�ner Youth Transportation
Project, and further to accept said in-kind contribution of $2,500 from
the City of Saint Pa.ul and participating agencies.
