having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully conaidered

provement to be made by the said City is

approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Co�nissioner of Public Works, having had under conaideration the preliminary
order of the Council kno�an as Council File No. 253159 approved
March 19th. 19 71 relativeto reconstructin� the sidewalk on the west side
of Benhill Road from Lombard Ave. to the south approximately 135 ft abutting
15 Benhill Road and by doing all other work which is necessarv and inciden�al
to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and thing� referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lino ft. €or standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for st�ndard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improve�nt is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
