The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File Noo 252975 approved
March lOth.19 71 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the south
_ side of Kint� St. from Orleans_ St. to Manomin Ave. and bv doing all other work
which is necessary and incideatal to complete said improvement.
