A bill for an act
relating to the city of Sairit Paul,
exempting the city from gasoline excise
taxes .
BE IT E[�ACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Secti_on 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law
to the contrary, the city of Saint Paul shall be exempt from
the paymen+� of_ any and all taxes imposed by the state upon
gasolir�e or fuel oil.
Sec. 2 . This act shall become effective only after its
approval by a majority of the governing body of the city of
Saint Paui ar�d upon compliance with the provisions of
Minn�sota Statutes, Section 645 .021.
