and directed to execute, on beha.lf of the City of Saint Paul,
Agreement between the City and the Port Authority of the City of
Saint Paul pertaining to a Study concerning the feasibility of
relocating or adjusting the Port Authority's barge unloading
facility tha.t would be caused by the widening of Shepard Road, a
copy of said Agreement being .attached hereto.
