WHEREAS, The City has entered into a tri-party agreement No. 56394
,(S.P. 6201-39) , Contract No. 13803, Public Works Project No. 70-M-0320A
with the City of St. Paul , the Chicago, Miiwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific
Railroad Company, and the State of Minnesota for the engineering and
construction of an overhead sepa�ation of West Seventh Street over the
railroad company's "Short Line" Tracks, and
WHEREAS, The proper City officers were authorized and directed to
execute this agreement by Council Resolution 247860, dated March 12, 1970,
and �.
WHEREAS, This agreement directs the City Council to approve
Supplemental Agreements to the State of Minnesota� Highway Agreement
No. 56394, and
Whereas, The engi�eers in charge ha etermined that sod should be
placed on the embankment slopes of West�venth St�eet instead of the
planned seed to enhance the aesthetics of the area, be it
RESOLVED, That the City approves Supplemental agreement No. 9
providing for the placement of sod instead of the planned seed along
West Seventh Street.
