of On Sale Liquor License No. 7986� Sunday-On-Sale Liquor
License No. 9806� and Restaurant, Tavern, an.d Cigarette
Licenses No. 9777, all expiring January 31, 1972, at
7 and 9 West Seventh Street.
Prime� Inc. origin�.11y held the licen��s alone
since March 1968 but the name of the licenaee was amended
in May 1968 to inelude the previou� licensee, or Joey�s Inc.
because of financial matters.
These ma,tter5 having been cleared as per attached
copies of do�uments, application is made for the transfer
of the above licenses from Prime, Inc. and Joey's, Inc. to
Prim�, Inc. ON"LY, at the same address.

Re: On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License No. 7410
Dear Mr. McLaughlin:
This office represents Prime, Inc. , a Minnesota corporation,
for the purpose of having the name of Joey' s , Inc. deleted
from the face of the Intoxicating Lictuor "on-sale" License
No. 7410. �
On behalf of Prime, Inc. , the undersigned hereby requests
deletion of Joey' s , Inc. from the face of Intoxicating Liquor
"on-sale" License No. 7410 on the ground that Joey's , Inc.
no longer has any interest in said license, in Prime, Inc. ,
d/b/a Frankie Delmont' s Lounge, or in the property, assets
or fixtures of said Lounge located at 7-9 West Seventh Street,
Saint Paul, Minnesota. Attached to this letter request is
an affidavit of Joseph Pedro, Jr. , president of Joey' s , Inc. ,
evidencing the termination of interest of Joey' s , Inc. in
said license and in said property.
We would appreciate early action on this request, and if any
further information or assistance is needed from this office,
please contact the undersigned. We would appreciate being
advised of official action on this request.

AFFIDAVIT
Joseph Pedro, Jr. , being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. Affiant is president of Joey' s, Inc. , a Minnesota
corporation;
2. On May 2 , 1968 , the City Council of the City of
Saint Paul adopted Resolution No. 238391 providing that
Application K-2018 for the transfer of off-sale liquor li- .
cense No. 7410 to Prime, Inc. was granted on the condition .,
that Joey' s, Inc. remained on said license for collateral
security purposes only as its interest may appear, and Joey' s, �
Inc. has remained on said license from and after said date ^'
until the present time;
3. The debt of Prime , Inc. to Joey' s , Inc. was fullv
satisfied on or about March 22 , 1971 and on or about said
date all financial or security interest of Joey 's , Inc. in
and to any of the property, assets or fixtures of Prime, Inc. ,
d/b/a Frankie Delmont' s Lounge which is located at 7-9 West
Seventh Street, Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and
from and after said date, Joey' s , Inc. hacz no interest of
any Y,ind cr na�ure in Prim� , Inc. or in tr,e cn-sale liquor
license No. 7410.
Further affiant saith not, except that this affidavit
is made on behalf of .Toev' s , Inc. for the purpose of facili-
