order of the Council known as Council File Noo 252451 approved
Feb. 19th. 19 71 relative to reconstructinst the sidewalk on both sides
of Mendota St. from Wells St. to York Ave. and bv doinQ all other work which is

and having investigated the tnatters and things referred to therein, hereby reporta:
