To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works9 having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No> 252450 approved
Feb. 16th. 19 71 relative to constructia� and/or reconstructing the
sidewalk on the east side of Duchess St. from Sims Ave. to the south line of
Wells St. extended aad on the north side of Wells St. from Forest St. to Duchess
St. and by doing all other work which is necessarv and incidental to complete
said improvement.
