vrder of the Council known as Couacil File Noo 252444 approved
Feb. 16th. 19 71 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides
of White Bear Ave. from Ames Ave. to Case Ave. and bv doiag all other work which
is necessarv and incidental to comnlete said improvement.
