having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered

ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Commissioner of Finance af the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No, 252052 approved
Jan. 21st.i971 relative to constructing and/or reconstructing the
sidewalk on both sides of Cottage Ave. from Ruth St. to Curve St. and by doing
all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improve�nt .
and h�ving investigated the �aattera and things referred to thereia, herebq reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
S ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for atandard aidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
3. Initiated by the Co�mnissioner of Public Works X
4. Isiprovement is asked for upon petition
