and Council File 252862, approved March 9, 1971, together with
the Notice of Hearing in Condemn.ation Proceedings was published
in the April 10, 1971, St. Paul Legal Ledger, and
WHEREAS, the legal description in said publications
read "alley in Block 47, St. Anthonq Park fram Scudder Street
to Knapp Street (G-1965)", and
�EREAS, it has been determined that said publication
shonld read "alley in Block 47, St. Anthony Park North, from
Scudder Street to Rnapp Street (G1965)",
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the afore�ntioned
publicatioas be corrected so that all references to "St. Anthony
Park" be anended to read "St. Anthony Park North" and that in
all other matters, said publications remain in full force and
eftect as originally approved.
