WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul is informed by the
Commissioner of Public Safety that a nuisance exists on the property located
at 879 �+�arion(Lot 1 , Block 13, Lei�ris Second Addition) in the City of Saint
Paul , which nuisance constitutes a hazard to tne public health, �aelfare
and safety; and
WHEREAS, Such nuisance more particularly consists of piles of rubbish and
rubbl e and ol d sewi ng mac'r�i ne i n rear yard, 4�uhi ch harbors rodents, vermi n
and other noxious animals and things; and
WHEREAS, �trsuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of Saint
Paul , and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code (24 hours'
notice has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent of such property
demanding that such nuisance be remov�d) ; now, tEierefore, be it
� RESOLVEU, That upon the recommendation of the Corrr�nnissioner of Public

� Safety, the Commissioner of Public 4Jorks is hereby directe� to summarily

,Q and forthwith remove the said nuisances, the cost of such removal to be

charged against Fund fdo. 0979; and be it

�; FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Safety is directed

� to ascertain the cost of such removal and to foru�ard the same to the County

Auditor on or oefore October 1 of tne year in which ascertained for collection
