Whereas, The City desires to develop Aerial Photographs, Topographic
Maps and Miscel,laneous items related thereto within its boundaries for use
by itself and other governmental agencies, to more effectively � : execute
� public programs, and
Whereas, payment for these Aerial Photographs, Topographic Maps and
Miscellaneous items related thereto shall be made from the P. I .R. Fund
6000, but shall be reimbursed from Department of Public Works Projects or
by the respective government agencies requiring such professional services,
be it
Resolved, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to
� execute, on behalf�..,of the City of Saint Paul , agreement between the City
and Mark Hurd,Aerial Surveys, Inc. said agreement pertaining to the pro-
visions of aerial survey work for the Department of Public Works for the _,
term of April 1 , 1g71 through December 31 , 1972•
